2. Pricing and Ordering

The prices reflected on the website are relevant to online purchases only. Price at Jitendra Kumar outlets may differ from price displayed on the website at any instance. Prices displayed on the website cannot be used as reference price for products and/or services in Jitendra Kumar outlets.
The displayed prices may vary and subject to changes. Jitendra Kumar reserves the rights to amend the price or products details without prior notice.
Discrepancies may occur between the online order and the final bill. www.jitglobal.in reserves the right to amend the final bill after the online order bill is presented to the customer.
Products in your order are charged at the purchase price applicable at the time when an order is submitted and as shown in the order confirmation.
For orders below INR10000 in value, a delivery fee of INR150 will be incurred to the order bill. For orders worth INR10000 and above, delivery charges will be waived. Delivery charge may vary without prior notice.
Customer may only cancel the order which are not processed. For more details, you may call us to enquire.
Displayed images of the products on JIT Global may not reflect the true delivered product. Images are strictly for advertising and illustrative purposes.
Bulk orders should be placed 36hours prior expected delivery schedule. We encourage all customers who wish to place bulk order(s) to contact us before ordering.
Fresh Seafood: The prices as shown to the corresponding weight are items that have yet to be processed (e.g. descaling).

3. Payment

www.jitglobal.in online purchases can be paid via Visa or MasterCard credit/debit card.
Order cannot be amended upon complete payment.
Any refund(s) will be credited back to the credit/debit card.
Card privileges at Jitendra Kumar outlets may not be applicable for online purchases.

4. Delivery

Delivery Service is available at selected districts within INDIA. Delivery service can only be provided at the condition that all relevant details (address, contact number, …) necessary for operations are provided accurately by customer upon order. Customer is invited to check all details before order confirmation.
Delivery slots are available from 9.00am to 10.00pm daily (subject to change &/or availability).
For any delivery orders which include alcoholic drinks, the receiving party must be of legal age above 18 years old.
Should a delivery be unsuccessful due to lack of compliance to the here mentioned terms & conditions, such as, but not limited to, insufficient address details or invalid phone number, www.jitglobal.in reserves the right to cancel the order and to apply a cancellation fee of INR1000.00 for each relevant order.
Re-delivery, in case of a first unsuccessful delivery due to inaccurate details provided by customer, is subject to a INR1000.00 service fee.
Should there be quality issue with the products delivered to you, kindly revert to us within 24 hours for fresh item(s) and/or within 3 days for groceries and household items.

5. Availability of Items

We reserve the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value depending on availability. All prices are inclusive of GST when applicable.
